1. Using the Site

You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it — including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfering with its operation, submitting false or misleading information through its forms, scraping or copying its content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Where the Site offers a client area (such as a progress tracker), you are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since sign-in codes are sent there. Let us know promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

2. Bookings, payments & refunds

Classes, sessions, gatherings and retreats are booked and paid for through our booking partners, currently Ticket Tailormence and, for some events, Ticket Tailor. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change before you book; the price confirmed at checkout applies. Payment is processed by the booking platform, and Mirage does not see or store your full card details.

All bookings and purchases are final and non-refundable. No refund, credit or exchange is given for cancellations, no-shows, late arrival, early departure, weather at outdoor events that go ahead, or a change of plans. At our discretion, a booking may be transferred to another eligible person on request before the event.

Joining a waitlist or requesting early access does not reserve a place or guarantee one. Places are confirmed only once a booking is completed and paid. Capacity is limited and is allocated in the order bookings are completed.

If Mirage cancels an event, we will offer a credit toward a future event or, at our discretion, a refund. We may change facilitators, venues, times or programme content when needed; such changes do not entitle you to a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under Ontario consumer protection law.

3. Participation, waiver & health

Every participant must accept our Assumption of Risk, Liability Waiver & Terms of Participation before their first booking. That waiver forms part of these Terms and governs your attendance at any Mirage class or event. You must be 18 or older to book or participate.

Our classes, sound baths and gatherings are wellness experiences, not medical, psychological or nutritional treatment, and we make no guarantee of any particular result. Please consult a physician before participating if you have any health concern, and tell us in advance about any condition, injury, allergy or sensitivity relevant to your safe participation.

4. The Weekly Mirage Edit & communications

When you join The Weekly Mirage Edit, a waitlist or any sign-up form on the Site, you consent to receive emails from Mirage Society & Yoga about our classes, gatherings and editions, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Booking confirmations and reminders about events you have booked are service messages and may still be sent.

How we collect and use the information you share with us is set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Our content & intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, editions of The Weekly Mirage Edit, class names and descriptions, photography, video, graphics, logos and design — belong to Mirage or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Names such as Red Light X Yoga™ are our trademarks. You may share links to our pages and editions, and print or save a copy for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce, republish, sell or adapt our content without our written permission.

6. Photography & media at events

Our events are photographed and filmed, and that content is owned by Mirage and used across our website, social channels and marketing. By attending, you agree to the photography and media release in section 8 of our waiver.

7. Third-party platforms & links

The Site links to and embeds services run by others — including Ticket Tailor, HubSpot, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and our partner venues. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Book recommendations and partner mentions are shared in good faith; we are not responsible for third-party products or services.

8. Information on the Site

We work to keep schedules, prices, venues and descriptions accurate, but details can change and errors can occur. The booking platform's confirmation is the final word on the date, time, place and price of your booking. Articles, editions and other content on the Site are general information for inspiration only and are not professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirage, Bloom Business Consulting Inc. and their directors, facilitators, contractors and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Your participation in events is also governed by the release of liability in our waiver.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising from them. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you book applies to that booking.
