      45 min

      Red Light X Yoga™

Full Body Reset with Hatha Yoga

Target · Full Body & Nervous System

Your weekly cortisol drop and nervous system reset. Slow hatha and shapes under ambient red light help the body shift out of stress mode, release held tension and settle into deep, restorative calm.

      • Acoustic Sound Bath

Studies of singing-bowl sound meditation have recorded drops in tension, anxiety and heart rate. Slow, sustained tones — our acoustic sound baths are tuned to frequencies like 432Hz and 528Hz — help guide the brain toward the calmer alpha and theta rhythms of deep rest.

      • Shavasana Maxxing™

Rest is the practice, not the pause after it. A long, intentional Shavasana gives your nervous system time to move out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-digest — where stress hormones like cortisol settle and everything you moved through can integrate.

Core & Lower Body Precision Sculpt

Target · Core & Lower Body Stability

Targeted, low-impact micro-movements designed to isolate and fatigue deep stabilizing muscles. True structural change requires consistency and control—patience is the key to unlocking deep core definition and lean muscle tone over time.

      Yin and Yang

      Balanced Energy Flow

Target · Entire Body & Energetic Equilibrium

A harmonious medium-energy practice designed to bridge active, fiery strength (Yang) with deep passive surrender (Yin). Movements transition from fluid, heat-building mobility sequences into long-held, supported floor shapes, helping you find equilibrium between dynamic effort and absolute stillness.

    FAQs

Everything you might want to know before your first gathering.

    See all questions

What is Mirage Society & Yoga?

Mirage Society & Yoga is a Yoga Hub and social club in the Greater Toronto Area — an intimate fusion of somatic healing, cortisol lowering, slow-flow yoga and power/fast-paced yoga, acoustic sound healing, and aesthetic social gatherings, with Yoga Hubs in Scarborough and Thornhill.

What is your refund and cancellation policy for in-studio classes?

All in-studio class bookings are final sale and non-refundable — the same policy that applies to our retreats and workshops. Because each session is capped at 25 mats, every booking holds a spot for you that we cannot resell at short notice. Please carefully check the date, time, and location before you reserve.

How much does a class cost?

Each session is $85 (CAD) — early bird rate. We don't sell annual memberships — choose a drop-in session, or a 1-Month Intensive Pass for four focused weeks (pricing coming soon). While ticket drops are being finalised, join the priority waitlist on the calendar to hear first.

How early should I arrive for class?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in, set up your mat, and silence your phone. Our doors lock strictly at start time so the room stays undisturbed once practice begins. Late arrivals cannot be admitted, so please ensure you are on time.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable, breathable gym wear material you can move freely in. Our aesthetic palette leans toward black, white, ivory, and soft neutrals. We practice barefoot. Please keep scents light and skip heavy perfume, cologne, or strongly scented products so the room stays comfortable for everyone. Bring your own mat, a water bottle, and a small throw blanket for rest.

    What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a guided, restful experience where you lie or sit comfortably while a practitioner plays singing bowls. The layered acoustic tones are designed to help you slow down, quiet the mind, and rest deeply. No experience is needed — you simply listen.

    Where are your gatherings held?

Our weekly classes run at our Yoga Hubs: Avenue 24 in Scarborough on Wednesday evenings and Roxo Club in Thornhill on Friday evenings.
